Carlsbad's Shaun White Sets New Record at 2012 Winter X Games
Despite an ankle injury earlier in the week, White did the best anyone has ever done on the Snowboard SuperPipe.
Shaun White scored 100 out of a possible 100 in the Men's Snowboard SuperPipe finals on Sunday Jan. 29, earning him his fifth consecutive gold medal. According to ESPN, that is a first in Winter X Games hisory.
