Bragging about Bragg

Salt is one of the most essential ingredients in most dishes.  But, if you’re me, it is an essential ingredient in all of my dishes.

I put salt on everything, or at least I did.  Luckily, I am still young and probably do not have to worry about my sodium intake just yet.  Being the health nut that I am, I decided to take my trainer’s (and mother’s) advice for once.

They recently introduced me to a form of liquid aminos called Bragg.  I still do not know what a liquid amino is, but all I know is that it’s good for you.  Bragg is an all natural liquid salt, which is brilliant. 

This liquid can be compared to soy sauce, but it is all natural.  It also comes in a convenient spray bottle.  I now use it on my eggs, salads, and even as seasoning.  Hello, no calorie dressing.

I highly suggest you all pick up a bottle of Bragg and give it a try.  I just made my weekly stop at the Jimbo’s in the Carlsbad Forum, where you can pick up your bottle of Bragg.
