If you are more in the mood for bacon, the fair has you covered. There will be a deep-fried, beer-battered, bacon-wrapped hot dog, Baconshrooms (deep-fried, bacon-wrapped mushrooms), the Caveman Turkey Club (one pound of bacon wrapped around an extra large turkey leg), Manly Gourmet (two pieces of bacon wrapped around sausage stuffed with mushrooms and smoked mozzarella), Half-Pound Meat-On-Meat Dog (half-pound all-beef dog wrapped in a quarter-pound of bacon), Porky Poppers (bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños), or the Porkabello Kabob (bacon wrapped Gouda stuffed portabello on a stick). Pignotti’s Pasta will offer Bacon Pasta.

Reno’s Fish n’ Chips will feature Beach Fries, which is a plate of French fries drizzled with a yogurt fish-taco sauce, topped with salsa. Reno’s will also offer Deep-Fried Green Beans and Sweet Potato Tater Tots.
