Having felt intimidated myself when first starting a fitness plan with a trainer, we want you to feel comfortable at whatever level of fitness you feel you are. In 2007, I was challenged to look at fitness in the face, to overcome the "odds" when diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Learning to incorporate fun with dedication and proper nutrition makes it possible. I've learned from this experience we are all unique and need a specific plan to get back on track.

I'm looking to work with "early birds"... you want to train @ 6:00a or 7:00a.. Let's go! Getting your work-out in first thing in the day starts that "after-burn" (EPOC) effect to start your day off right!
