Ok.. I'm so tired of shows & magazines saying..."This diet will work for u!!" 

Real fact: There is no super fast- overnight pill, meal, whatever, claiming to shape your body without implementing good nutrition & exercise. This makes me upset because ppl become discouraged when given false hope. 

There is hope...Losing weight is not easy and takes dedication. It's not always a quick journey and takes consistency. You need to keep up the routines to allow positive progression results. Count your calories not your pills or days on a diet. Make sure you're burning more energy than consuming with food.

Simply I'm asking you all to make logical food choices such as: Grilled Chicken verse Fried, Veggies verses Fries on the side, try salad dressing on the side, and always have water with your meal.

 For the year(s) of mistreatment and bad food- the body will take a while (couple of weeks) to understand these changes and react with weight loss & let go of fat accumulation. Your body wants to work with you... you're the leader, lead your body to success!
