Carlsbad Library Hosts Free Concerts to Start Holiday Season Dec. 8, 11 and 15
Carlsbad City Library will host a concert at each of its locations to kick off the holiday season. All of the concerts are free. Seating is limited and first come, first served.

On Sunday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m., award-winning musician Yale Strom and his band, Hot Pstromi, will perform a concert featuring klezmer music. Strom's decades of research into this Jewish musical tradition has helped advance the klezmer music revival and inspired his original compositions. For more information, visit www.yalestrom.com. On Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 6:30 p.m., The Schone Musik Vocal Quartet presents a special "Home for the Holidays" program featuring beloved holiday tunes.
