Benihana is a Japanese steak house where the cooking is part of the show. Each chef will entertain you as they cook such favorites as steak, chicken, seafood and fresh vegetables in traditional Japanese style on a hibachi table. It has a thrifty birthday club which allows the birthday person to receive a $30 coupon towards his or her meal each year. This is a popular dining spot in Carlsbad, so although reservations are not required, they are recommended.
