VL Beauty Center, also known as "The Eyebrow Guru," offers threading, facials, waxing and massages. It's best known for eyebrow and "chickstache" threading. VL, the owner, teaches threading and says "All women deserve to be threaded. It is better for their skin." A percentage of proceeds from salon benefit the Bright Future Foundation for women escaping domestic violence. Inspirational quotes adorn the walls of the salon. The new location is at Hilton Garden Inn and appointments are required.
