It says Around Town but the headline is UTAH. Utah is not near Natick!! I think everyone should notRead More open an article on Patch unless they see their town's name in the headline. So If it doesn't say Natick, then we all know it is not LOCAL to the Natick Patch. The less clicks these Patch sites get, the fewer advertisers they will get and then perhaps they will realize if we want sensational news from across the country we'd go back to Patch's former owners AOL and the HuffPost! Those here from other Patch sites - I think you should do the same only click on articles that mention your community's name. No name. No click!

The Patch is doing it's readers a disservice by posting this propaganda. Wilma Wooten is deceivingRead More the people she claims to care about. She is toeing the corporate line. You need to do your own research. There is no preventative vaccine. Vaccines are not safe, they scramble the brain and compromise health. THEY want compliant, Common Core indoctrinated morons just capable of serving them in the role of THEIR choosing. Vaccination is one of THEIR tools. Don't sell your children down the river . . . or maybe I'm just crazy.

Flower Fields? Did someday say 'Flower Fields?' Let me tell you an interesting story aboutRead More Carlsbad's Flower Fields. In early 2008, a group of everyday Carlsbad residents received some alarming news about the Flower Fields, so they wrote a ballot proposition entitled "Save the Flower Fields." It bothered the City Council that a group of "nobodies" would show this kind of interest; but instead of simply publicly encouraging a 'no' vote, the City Council wrote a competing ballot issue entitled "PRESERVE the Flower Fields." Then they spent tax dollars to mail their cleverly worded propaganda pieces to all voters, "clearly" explaining and demonstrating their superiority over the everyday person, and "don't vote for theirs, vote for ours." The cheaters managed a small victory. I had no involvement with either proposition, but would gladly support a new proposition that pertains to the disincorporation of this unnecessary and hostile political entity.

Thanks again T I L. Robbie, major legal battles have occurred following several earthquakesRead More concerning the explosions that ensue because gas lines burst. Then the house burns down. Then the owner submits an insurance claim on his fire policy. Insurer won't pay because the owner did not have earthquake coverage. The sun zone of American really needs to be solarized.

Hot weather prompts a lot of people to utilize their air conditioners, which is wonderfulRead More unless/until the grid is over-subscribed; then there are brown-outs and black-outs. Americans wrongly and frequently grumble that the Federal Government has no energy policy, when actually there is a good policy in place; large income tax rebates/credits for people who "go solar." Unfortunately, there is a lack of leadership at the State and local level for solar. Legislation that can be created at NO EXPENSE TO TAXPAYERS would simply prohibit your neighbor's tree(s) from blocking sunlight to your roof. What a quick and easy boost this would be. And way better than having oil moving in or on the oceans.
