<b>I first became interested in Baby Yoga with the birth of my first son in 2005</b><br><b>while living in England. I was looking to meet other mothers with babies of </b><br><b>similar ages; though I was looking for more than just chatting over coffee</b><br><b>and biscuits as my child lay next to me or sat in a stroller. I happened</b><br><b>upon Yoga classes for babies and thought &#34;yes this is what I am looking for&#34;</b><br><b>as it would be an interesting way to meet people while bonding with my </b><br><b>new baby.  It was the best thing I ever did! </b><br><b> </b><br><b>While practicing Yoga with my baby I found that he became more advanced in</b><br><b>rolling over, grabbing objects, eye contact, and crawling as well as learning how</b><br><b>to be relaxed.  I felt that Baby Yoga strengthened his mind, body, and spirit</b><br><b>as well as gave me the time to be with my baby with no other distractions of everyday life.</b><br><b> </b><br><b>Later, I gave birth to my second son who had colic. While practicing Yoga with him I found that his colic was quickly relieved by performing certain yoga moves.
