Rebecca Ryan Long, Neighbor

I am a Navy Veteran (Intel Field) and Former Pro Athlete/Sports Radio host. I'm also a gluten-free chef and restaurant critic. I write about Celiac Disease which effects me personally, Military/Gov't issues and I will also write about vacations on a budget (On this site and another one that I work for). I love to travel and like most people I know, I love a good deal, so I am always looking for the best deals and the coolest places to go.

Last but not least, I am also writing a novel. I will probably hit menopause before that gets finished :)
