13,000 Evacuated from Harmony Grove and West Escondido in Cocos Fire

The Cocos Fire kicked up again late in the morning amid shifting winds.

Sheriff Bill Gore says nearly 13,000 evacuation notices went to residents of Harmony Grove and the west side of Escondido because of the Cocos Fire.
